ATM Program Improves

DOY has converted to a new EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) processor. Because of the conversion your DOY ATM debit card will have a few improved changes. Below is a summary of these changes.

  • You will NOT be receiving a new ATM debit card or PIN. Your current card and pin will continue to work. Only when you replace your current debit card will you be issued a new card.
  • As part of the change we will be adding the CULIANCE ATM NETWORK, along with the following surcharge free ATM networks, CUHERE, CUHERE Select, and CUHERE Moneypass Reciprocal. This means you will have access to even more surcharge free ATM locations.
  • Your ATM debit card can also be used to make purchases through the CULIANCE pinned POS (point of sale) network. This means you can make purchases using your DOY Debit Card anywhere pinned debit cards are accepted.
  • As a DOY cardholder you will have access to the following additional services that you can link directly from our website:
    1. Web Services - this allows you to status your card as lost/stolen, change your pin, or do a balance inquiry 24/7. See article and link below.
    2. CULIANCE Locator - this allows you to find ATMs that will accept your card and will display surcharge free locations as a default. In addition there is an option to search for all ATMs where your card is accepted. See article and link below.

ATM Locator

With the DOY ATM debit card you will now have access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs and cash back at thousands of retail locations. The CULIANCE Locator enables you to quickly and easily find the CULIANCE Network ATMs that are surcharge–free. The locator can be accessed by the following methods:

  • Web browser (www.culiance.com/ATMLocator)
  • CULIANCE Locator Mobile App (available in the App Store for iPhone and the Google Play Store)
  • Click the red button below.

Access the ATM Locator

Once you are at the site there are different search options:

  • Search Area – If location services are enabled and allowed on the user’s computer and web browser, geolocation will automatically use your location to return all ATMs locations within a five-mile radius of the start page. If the geolocation is not available, you will need to enter an address, zip code, or city name on the home page to specify your location, then select “Find ATMs” and all the ATMs will appear on a map within your search area.
  • Location Filters – Location Filters allow you to refine your search results by selecting different filters (e.g. Surcharge-Free Only, Cash Dispenser Only, Full Service/Deposit). These additional search options are accessible by expanding the page with the “+” next to the “Location Filters.” Location Filters default to all credit unions and all Surcharge Free Programs. Tip – to search for any type of CULIANCE Network ATM where you can use your card, the “Surcharge Free Only” box should be unchecked. Once you select a specific location on the map or on the list, direction details are provide in a separate map depending upon your browser type.
  • CULIANCE Locator Mobile App – The stand-alone CULIANCE Locator Mobile app enables you to quickly and easily find the CULIANCE Network ATM that best meets your needs. The app works using geolocation data to provide search results most relevant to you. If you have not allowed the CULIANCE Locator Mobile app to access your device location, a default map will appear and the member can search using other criteria. The app is available for download in the APP Store for iPhone and the Google Play Store. To obtain specific instructions for the different platforms (e.g. Apple Platform, Android Platform) just call our office and we will mail you the illustrated instructions.

DOY ATM Debit Card can only be obtained by applying for a DOY Checking Account. To apply for a checking account stop in our office. Once you are approved, then you will have a debit card with access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs.

New Tools For ATM Cardholders

Another advantage of converting to the CULIANCE ATM NETWORK is the web service tools available to cardholders. These tools allows you to access and control certain aspects of your Debit Card. When accessing the site you should see our name and logo in the upper left corner of the screen. Outlined below are three of the most used services. Just click on the tab to access each service.

Access the CULIANCE web service tools

Hot Card

Using the “Hot Card” tab allows you to report your card as lost/stolen 24 hours a day. By reporting your card as lost or stolen all transactions will be stopped. To status your card as lost/stolen:

  1. Select Card Number (default and most common way to identify your account).
  2. Enter your full Card Number in the box.
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number associated with the card on file.
  4. Click on the “Confirm” button (you should then receive a message letting you know your request was successful) Note: If you do not know your card number call DOY for further instructions.

To release the block on your card you will need to contact DOY.

Card PIN Change

The “Card Pin Change” tab allows you to change the PIN on your card 24 hours a day. If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to contact DOY to obtain a new temporary PIN prior to using this option to change the PIN. To change the PIN on your card:

  1. Enter your full Card Number.
  2. Enter the expiration date from the card (note: if this is a non-expiring card and does not have an expiration date on the front of the card, please select “January 2049).
  3. Enter your Old PIN (current pin associated with the card).
  4. Enter the New PIN.
  5. Enter “Confirm PIN” (reenter the New PIN).
  6. Click on “Change PIN” button (you should then receive a message confirming the request).

Balance Inquiry

The Balance Inquiry tab allows you to get a balance for the accounts associated with your card. To get the Balance for an account:

  1. Enter your full Card Number.
  2. Enter the Account Type (Checking or Savings).
  3. Enter the expiration date from the card (note: if this is a non-expiring card and does not have an expiration date on the front of the card, please select “January 2049).
  4. Enter your PIN.
  5. Click on “Get Balance” button (you should then receive a message confirming the request).
